Billing address:

Q. How many pieces of hair do I need?
A. For hair weaves, 3pcs for 10-22inch, 4pcs for 24-30inch.
Q. How long does it last?
A. Normally it could last for over 2-3 years with good care.
Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. Once you have confirmed the price, you can pay for your order by Western Union, Money Gram, transfer (T/T),or Paypal, a +5% extra charge will be applied to your order price if you choose Paypal. Once the payment is completed, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Q. Where is the product shipped from? What is the cost of shipping?
A. All our products are shipped from Vietnam. We ship orders using FedEx. We do offer expedited shipping at the cost of customers’ expense and estimated delivery costs/time vary depending on which kind of service is chosen, the weight of the package, and the delivery destination.
Q. How can I know that you ship the products?
A. We ship the product via express services like FedEx with a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process. After sending the products, we will provide you a tracking number and you can visit the website of express services to track the delivery of the products.

Q. What if “delivered but not delivered” happen?
A. All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at numbers above in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
Q. I noticed that some of the bundles have a slight lighter hair color than other bundles I have ordered previously. I also discovered a few grey hairs present, is this normal?
A. Absolutely. This is perfectly normal. Please understand that 100% pure Virgin hair is untreated hair. It comes from various donors. Some donors are older than others and vice versa. Each donor will have a different hair curl pattern and hair color ranging anywhere from an off black to a natural brown color, and yes, even a few gray strands here or there. At no time will virgin hair bundles ever look the same because all hair is not donated by the same person. What is always consistent is the raw and natural quality of the hair. The gorgeous texture and gentle blend that it has with your own natural hair.
Q. How to tell human hair from synthetic hair?
A. Human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell: human hair will turn to ash, which will go away after pinching. Human hair will smell foul. When burning the human hair, it shows white smoke. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke. Moreover, human hair may have very little gray hair and split ends. It is normal but not a quality problem.
Q. Can I dye/color the hair?
A. Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule, it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend dyeing darker since it is difficult for the original color to fade. Cambodian virgin hair extensions at competitive prices. Improper dying will ruin the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the Cambodian virgin hair. Colouring by yourself will take the risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can’t get to a salon, please always use good quality products and test a small sample first.
Q. How to care for your hair?
A. Wash the hair in one week.
B. Water to wet hair, use a mild Shampoo, Rinse, and leave to dry.
C. Comb with a wire brush after drying.
D. You can perming dyeing, but please remember not to do this too frequently, and remember to use the nutrition water.
E. The combs you`d better choose the round with wide-toothed comb.
F. Don’t make the hair under the blazing sun for quite a long time.
G. Don’t blow the root of hairs too near with the hair drier.
H. Don’t grasp the root of hair overexert when washing.
Q. What type of hair care products should I use?
A. Treat this hair just as if it was your hair.
1. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products.
2. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave-in conditioners.
3. You could use gel or hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for a long time.
4. Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.
Q. If I order today, how long it takes for the shipment?
A. The hair will be shipped out within 12-24 hours per working day if we have stock for that, it takes 2-4 working days to USA and Europe countries, 4-7 working days to Africa countries.
Q. How about the return policy?
1. Return/Refund is accepted within 7 days after receiving the goods; please contact us first and return the goods according to the return address.
2. To avoid delivery lost, return should be arranged by register airmail, and the shipping fees of return should be paid by the buyer. We will be responsible for the shipping cost if it’s a quality problem.
3. Please make the items remain in their original state. We only accept damaged items.
